RCC sales are subject to the launch of the 'RCC App'

Your cost of sales is made up of fixed and variable costs. Think of owning and insuring your car as the fixed and running and maintaining it as the variable costs.

Obviously, if there is demand for your goods and services, increasing your variable costs until your business operates at full capacity, spreads your fixed costs over more products and/or services and thus increases your sales and profits.

If you are a baker, you can invest in more flour and bake more bread. If you run a taxi service, you can hire two more drivers and operate your taxi 24 hours a day.

The problem for many businesses is, of course, that, as a result of an increasing global 'In-ability to Pay' and competition, demand for their goods and services is not what it could be and they have spare capacity. If that applies to your business, increase the variable costs of your business by investing in and making some goods and services available for 'Real Carbon Credits' (RCC) sales.

'Real Carbon Credits' ensure that there is more demand for your goods and services and you can use the 'Real Carbon Credits' profit calculator and the tips below to see for yourself how your business can benefit from selling goods and services for 'Real Carbon Credits'.

Tips for business owners and managers

  • Selling your goods and services for 'Real Carbon Credits' (RCC) ... leaves and keeps fossil fuels in the ground ... that is your greatest ... immediate ... benefit today.

  • The higher your fixed or the lower your variable costs are, the more profitable is selling goods and services for RCC.

  • If you sell your goods and services for RCC, you motivate others to do, too. - If your competition is selling for RCC, you will have to, too. - So the only question you have to answer is: "Will my RCC sales increase my profit?" - If the answer is 'yes', start selling your goods and services for RCC and spend your RCC income to support other businesses. - It's called co-operation. - Start with businesses you already co-operate with.

  • Every RCC sale supports and facilitates the earliest possible shutdown of the fossil industry - including compensation for the shutdown and any stranded assets ... that is for leaving fossil fuels in the ground.

  • Selling goods and services for RCC must be the easiest, quickest and most profitable way for the business community, including the fossil fuel industry, to limit global warming to 1.5° Celsius.

  • Selling goods and services for RCC will, also, always be more profitable ... as long as there is 'Demand' without the 'Ability to Pay'. See ecoEconomics: What's the solution?

  • Invest, therefore, in RCC sales - until your business operates at full capacity. - If you don't, you are not maximizing its profit.

  • If your business is already operating at full capacity, sell some goods and/or services for RCC at a premium - as an alternative to increasing your capacity.

  • A business has to sell something for RCC first, before it can buy and pay for goods and services with RCC.

  • A good and easy start is to sell something for RCC and to pay your employees a salary/wage increase or a bonus with RCC.

If every employer did that, it would immediately boost, not only your local, but also the global economy ... and, above all, the global support for the earliest possible shutdown of the fossil industry

Tip. Pay your employees an RCC salary or wage increase before they ask for it!

  • If your business is not already operating at full capacity, invest some goods and services or some of your business' profit in RCC sales - to increase your sales, profit and profit margins!

  • For example:

  • Invest your advertising budget in RCC sales. - The result of that will certainly be more predictable - and profitable.

In fact, for RCC sales you won't need an advertising budget - except, maybe, to announce your RCC sales and RCC sales promotions.

Start with regular RCC Sales Promotions. You don't have to reduce prices for an RCC Sales Promotion.

  • Instead of reducing prices, sell your goods and services for RCC to increase sales without sacrificing profitability.

  • Instead of giving your customers all sorts of discounts, sell those goods and services for RCC - without discounts.

Selling your goods and services for RCC is, obviously, more profitable than selling them at a discount or not selling them at all.

If you cannot sell your goods and services for RCC, they won't sell for money.

  • Instead of donating money, donate RCC to the charities you support and invest the money you save in RCC sales. Since that is more profitable, consider increasing your RCC donations to those charities.

  • If your B2B customers can buy your goods and services for RCC, they can and probably will also sell theirs for RCC to their customers and so on, and so on.

  • Just imagine every business would start selling some goods and services for RCC - at the same time.

  • Remember, RCC are backed by the goods and services the issuer of the RCC offers for sale.

Therefore, the more you sell for RCC, the more you, too, will benefit from your RCC sales . . . as a buyer.

  • Supply your goods and services for RCC, at least, to those who are offering their goods and services for RCC - it's called co-operation.

  • Your RCC trades are perfect green PR. - They demonstrate your support for urgent action on climate change, the earliest possible shutdown of the fossil industry and the sustainable use of natural resources. See ecoEconomics: What's the problem?.

In fact, the more you invest in and promote your RCC sales, the more you contribute to the global climate change solution. See ecoEconomics: What's the solution?.

  • Your green PR should also motivate the millions who protest for urgent action on climate change, to support, promote and take advantage of your RCC sales.

  • Your RCC sales and green PR will certainly motivate the unemployed to work for RCC at a time when paid jobs are scarce and, especially, youth unemployment everywhere in the world is in the double digits.

In fact, selling your goods and services for RCC will create more well paid, productive jobs than any other measure on offer at the moment.

In fact, selling your goods and services for RCC will reduce the increasing cost of living ... even for those who have a job.

The point is that you, too, will benefit from creating RCC jobs - more customers with the ability to pay for what they need.

  • Your RCC sales will also ease the fallout of the COVID-19 pandemic and, therefore, alleviate much hardship ... and help, especially, to reduce inflation ... avoid a global recession ... and prevent the already looming, next global financial crisis.

  • Remember, investing in RCC sales, spreads your fixed costs over more sales - decreasing the unit cost of your goods and services and increasing your overall profitability.

  • Instead of competing for money sales, compete for RCC sales - it's a much bigger market place.

  • With RCC sales, your business is quite likely to be operating at full capacity very soon and be so profitable, that you may have to invest (RCC) in fixed cost assets to satisfy the demand for your RCC sales ... or increase your RCC prices.

  • Can you afford not to offer your customers RCC sales?

  • Can you afford not to profit from RCC sales when your competition does?

  • But a few warnings!

  • DO NOT borrow money to invest in RCC sales - unless you can repay the debt with RCC. Initially, just invest some of your goods and services or some of your business' profit in RCC sales. - That is completely risk-free ... learning experience.

  • Don't buy pollution permits or carbon credits, unless you can pay for them with RCC (REAL Carbon Credits) - Increase your RCC sales instead.

  • RCC sales will, of course, not increase your sales and profit - if the goods and services you offer for sale are not in demand.

  • However, consumers may boycott your business if you don't sell your goods and services for RCC - if they are in demand.

  • Your shareholders may divest their shares in your business, if you don't maximize their profits with RCC sales!

  • Investors may not invest in your business if you don't support the world-wide effort to limit climate change - with RCC sales.

  • So, what can you do with your RCC income?

  • Spend it!

On the goods and services the issuer of the RCC offers to sell for RCC.

On salary/wage increases, bonuses and other benefits. That way you can invest more money in your RCC sales. Both will increase the demand for and supply of goods and services selling for RCC.

On measures to reduce your business' carbon footprint. - This will, not only, support, but also grow the RCC renewable energy industry and benefit everyone. - 'Net Zero' by 2050 alone will not prevent an unacceptable level of climate change!

On expanding your business. ... Always ask suppliers to supply - especially fixed costs items - to you for RCC. - Who knows, they might agree to it. - After all, it increases their sales and profit, too. If they don't co-operate, look for suppliers who do.

On buying back your company's shares to reduce your cost of doing business. In fact, the higher your fixed or the lower your variable costs are, the more profitable the buy-back of your company's shares is.

Spending RCC creates jobs and incomes, but you can also, of course, save RCC for a 'rainy day'.

At the very least, always offer to pay with RCC - instead of money - for the goods and services you need - especially if you can't afford to pay for them with money ... and start or increase your RCC sales when a supplier accepts your offer to pay with RCC.
